E-Z CARVE RIB ROAST

PREHEAT OVEN TO 275 DEGREES.  TAKE ROAST FROM THE REFIGERATOR AND PLACE IN A 3 INCH DEEP PAN.  PUT 1/2 INCH WATER IN PAN AND PLACE IN THE OVEN.  ALLOW 20 TO 25 MIN. PER POUND (BONLESS RIB EYE 15 MIN. PER POUND) OR UNTIL IT REACHES 140 DEGREES INSIDE MEAT TEMPERATURE.  (THIS WILL PROVIDE A MEDIUM DONE CENTER)  TAKE FROM OVEN, COVER ROAST WITH FOIL, LETS STAND 20 MIN. ENJOY!!!
